How we operate
It is the responsibility of the inspector developing and maintaining contact with the central office in order to highlight the discrepancy and concern (if any).
It is responsibility of the inspector to provide a detailed report concerning the activities carried out. All reports will be examined by the technical manager prior to forwarding to the customer.
All steps are subject to quality overview as per quality management system requirements in order to manage potential non-conformities and complaints.
